All returns must be returned or postmarked no later than 30 days from the original purchase date.

Product must be unused and in resalable condition and must include original packaging.

Obsolete and discontinued merchandise are not eligible for returns.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns.

Received Incorrect Order

If customer received an incorrect item, no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and cover all additional shipping charge.

Processing Fee

Non-qualifying returns are subject to a 15% processing fee and will be deducted from the original amount billed. Remaining balance will be credited back to customer’s credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note, credit card companies may take an additional 2- 10 business days to post the credit back to customer’s account.
